In the event that a product is damaged in transit, it does not meet your expectations, or you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at 1-888-988-6588 or email at email@example.com within 30 days of receiving your order. A representative will contact you shortly with further instructions and issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number in some cases. Please send the merchandise back to us in the same condition it was received and in the original packaging.
Upon receiving your package in our facilities, your merchandise will be inspected. All appropriate credits, exchanges, and refunds will be issued for the price of the item(s). Return shipping may apply. All orders will be refunded in the original form of payment. Please note that we cannot accept returns on personalized items, special orders, or items damaged through normal wear and tear.
