What is the shipping process?

Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours, not including holidays and weekends, via Fedex ground. Please refer to the map below for estimated domestic transit times:

We cannot ship to APO, FPO, DPO, or PO boxes or to territories outside of the contiguous U.S.
 
What is your refund/return policy?

Please contact us within 30 days if there are any issues with your order. In order for us to process a refund or return, the original packaging must accompany the item.

Upon receiving your package in our facilities, the merchandise will be inspected. All appropriate credits, exchanges and refunds will be issued for the price of the item(s).  Return shipping fees may apply. All orders will be refunded in the original form of payment. Please note that we cannot accept returns on personalized items, special orders, or items damaged through normal wear and tear.
